El Palmar Beach Ixtapa
The Hotel Zone in Ixtapa was developed in a palm tree field, which gives the name to this beach. It normally has a medium-high tide throughout the year. Because of the immaculate sand and the cleanliness of this beach, it is a certified "Blue Flag" beach, but be aware, it is not pet friendly.
Parasailing, and other water sports are available here. Beach gear is something you can rent there to enjoy a full day of fun without having to carry it back to the car, hotel, or home.
The hotels in this zone also offer a Day Pass for drinks and food and to use their services, for example; the pool, towels, furniture, and restaurants.
