La Principal Zihuatanejo Beach

The main beach, or "Principal", is not only the main spot to see the bay, but also hosts the departure and arrival of the local fishermen. At 400 meters, it is a very enjoyable corridor showcasing handcrafts, restaurants, fish market, and the pier.

The fishermen arrive there every morning with the catch of the day after a night of fishing; you will fresh and excellent quality seafood, even for the most meticulous chefs and home cooks.

From the pier you can admire the other beaches that form the bewitching Zihuatanejo Bay: La Madera, La Ropa and Las Gatas.
